BBV considers customer support as a primary responsibility. The support team is built from a group with varied experience in CCTV and other fields that complement our industry. There is a library of drawings and other support media available.

Repairs
BBV provide a 'Quick Repair Service'* for our UK based customers. This is a 48 hour repairs procedure for a single low cost fee of £55.00 + VAT.
If you have a product you wish to return for repair:
Step 1 - Contact BBV on: 01323 842727 or support@bbvcctv.com with the part number, serial number, your returns reference and a brief description of the fault.
Step 2 - BBV will issue a returns number and request that UK based customers raise a purchase order to the value of £55.00.
Step 3 - Send the faulty item together with your purchase order to:
Repairs Department, Building Block Video Ltd, Unit 17 Apex Park, Diplocks Way, Hailsham, BN27 3JU
Please ensure the Returns reference is clearly displayed on your packaging.
Step 4 - BBV will process your repair and return it to you within 48 hours. If the product is within the warranty period the purchase order will be disregarded.
* FBM and Pick-a-Point are exempt from the Quick Repair Service. BBV reserve the right to substitute new equipment for old to maintain quality of service.
Customers based overseas should contact BBV for a returns number as above. On receipt of the product BBV will assess the product and provide a quote for the cost of the repair.

Training
BBV firmly believe that good training reduces time on site and increases customer profitability. BBV run 6 day courses from their premises in East Sussex:
- Course 1 - Basic telemetry
- Course 2 - Domes
- Course 3 - Receivers
- Course 4 - Data transmission over different media
- Course 5 - TX1500
- Course 6 - FBM and system integration
All BBV training courses are free of charge, and are available on request. Courses can be tailored to meet individual company's needs and a certificate is issued on completion. Training is hands on so customers should bring basic tools and a laptop. There is a maximum of 6 places on each course.
