The Sync Level Meter is a simple device designed to ensure that CCTV systems have the best possible pictures. Incorrectly adjusted video signal level can cause poor picture quality and control problems with up-the-coax telemetry systems. The Sync Level Meter has a 3 LED display to indicate if the signal is 300mA, higher, or lower.
